Just imagine, if they had released a special edition. Now, imagine that one of these boxes was actually sent to space, for the extraterrestrial to find. Finally, imagine that everyone owning a box would be connected to the one that's swirling through space – via a timer, that is synchronized over all existing boxes and therefore letting you know, for how long it has already travelled through space. That would simply be the ultimate final edition.
